Soundarya Rajinikanth and businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi tied the knot in a fairytale-esque wedding in Chennai on February 11. The wedding was a grand affair with the who's who of Kollywood and politicians in attendance.
The couple took off to Ireland for their honeymoon soon after the wedding. In their first ever interview, newlyweds Soundarya and Vishagan spoke about a tense moment before tying the thaali (sacred knot). Soundarya stated that Vishagan was extremely protective of her son Ved and grew fond of him in a short span of time.
As a couple, they wanted Ved to know everything and wanted him in every step of their way into their second marriage. The Kochadaiiyaan filmmaker was extremely tense during the muhurtam as her son Ved was not by her side. But, Vishagan calmed her nerves down by saying the sweetest thing.
